Just finished watching Knocked Up, and I have to say, it was a good storyline once you pass the part that the movie has jokes, but you can't really say it's a comedy.
I'll give it a 4/5 for effort, but a 2/5 on comedy. Sorry, I get more amused by then the movie.
You didn't think it was that funny? I was practically dieing of laughter when I saw it in theaters. Mostly because it was practically the story of my conception, with a few discrepancies (mainly that my parents were actually dating and it wasn't just a one-night stand when my mom got preggers).
