Someone asked NOES by PM what our ranks mean, and I wanted to take a moment to explain the thought that went behind creating them... Please understand, this is mean to be funny, not really what we think of each of you.
With that in mind, here goes...
1-49 Poser
(When you first arrive at our site, you see everyone around you and you decide it would be cool to join... Poser...)
50-99 Wannabe
(After your journey of enlightenment, you have found a niche in our little corner of the internet and you "WANNABE" better than a poser...)
100-199 Dookie
(After having been a wannabe, you become more than that, yet you are still fresh and reek of noobishnes... kinda like a Dookie)
200-299 Idiot
(After washing up and you gain self confidence, you start becoming a bit annoying and we all consider you an Idiot)
300-399 Basket Case
(After a while it is apparent that you aren't going anywhere after completely being humiliated once or twice, so we start to wonder and think you are a Basket Case)
400-499 Nimrod
(After this awkward stage in your Nimrod Life, we realize that you are really not so much different than the rest of us.. you are finally a Nimrod)
500- 599 Redundant
(As you could imagine, after 500 posts, you are bound to have repeated yourself a few times and therefore you become Redundant)
600-699 Grouch
(After gaining the seniority that you have gained by no easy measure, you start to pick on the Posers, Wannabes and Dookies for their lack of expertise that you have acquired, we obviously start to see you as a Grouch.. but no harm done)
700-799 Shoplifter
(This is where it starts getting interesting, at this point, you probably have no interest in just posting about different subjects at random, so therefore, you must be stealing from us in order to keep coming back... we wanted to go for cleptomaniac, but I couldn't spell it... so therefore you are a shoplifter)
At this point, that is your adventures at Nimrod Street... When we see people reaching this Rank, we will add more to suite.
