Gordon Ramsay's broccoli soup!
a head of broccoli, cut off the florets
boil up water in a pot, salt it
wait till it's rapidly boiling, add florets
add a bit more salt
boil florets till they are super green and easy to cut thru
separate some water and toss the rest
place florets into blender, add water until just halfway
blend together--make sure it's not too thin or thick.
It's SOO GOOD
for garnish: goat cheese, olive and pecans
